Who it is for

The Lunar suits a traveler who dislikes boxy security bags. Its 6.3 by 11 by 3.5-inch shape curves across the torso and rotates to the front without feeling like a purse hanging from one point. That makes it useful when moving between open sidewalks and crowded transit.

The 0.37 lb empty weight is a meaningful advantage over both the 0.62 lb standard GO and 0.90 lb Travelon Classic. It keeps the total load low, provided the owner respects the 2.5 L capacity.

The shape is the product

The Lunar does not add a new anti-theft technology. It rearranges familiar Pacsafe components around a curved body. eXomesh reinforces the shell. A Dyneema-reinforced strap resists a rapid cut. TurnNLock and Dock Lock hardware add friction at the strap and zipper, while an RFIDsafe pocket stores compatible documents.

The curved zipper opening is easy to face upward when the bag rotates to the front. It is less efficient when carrying rigid rectangles. The best Lunar load is a collection of small, soft-edged objects rather than a tablet and notebook.

Crossbody or sling?

Wear it lower as a crossbody during a normal walking day. Shorten the strap and move the body higher when entering a dense platform or market. The higher sling position reduces swing and places the zipper within the wearer's visual field.
