The boardwalk through the swamp forest is the single best birding walk in the western Lake Erie basin during spring migration, and the 256-site campground is one of the largest all-electric campgrounds in the Ohio state system. Book early for May migration weekends and July beach weekends, both of which fill the campground completely.
